A chain of burger restaurants based in Western Australia, JUS Burgers had years of success but the business had begun to stall so we were commissioned to effect a brand audit to identify areas for improvement. The aim – put the business back at the forefront of Perth’s casual streetfood scene.
We were commissioned to complete a brand audit and identify areas requiring re-positioning, re-aligning and refreshed to appeal to the modern marketplace.
We implemented a complete brand repositioning exercise where we injected a meaningful personality to resonate with the market and encourage brand loyalty.
Having masterplanned, realigned the interiors and developed the new master brand, we supplied working drawings for the build teams in Australia to complete the fit-out and portfolio overhaul.
Twelve months after the completion of the project, the burger chain reported an increase in customers on all levels including home delivery.
