Our plans, across retail and hospitality, led to the creation of a year-round attraction with spaces that offer countless different but coherent uses – from fine dining to partying to office life and everywhere in between. It’s a good fit – landmark hospitality for a football club that has long specialised in landmarks.

We quickly realised that the new South Stand, with its volumous interior would make an ideal 365 destination that could operate succesfully on both matchday and non-matchday – a community hub for the local area – redefining what a stadium should be.

Our vision for the South Stand was to create a shopping mall style food court with multiple, varied food and drink offers that would be as at home on the high street let alone a football stadium. Each uniquely branded to inject personality whilst linking to both THFC and the national game.
