To develop a first of a kind, mixed use, integrated experience that would deliver multiple layers of guest hospitality including retail, dining, serviced apartments, gymnasiums and finally spa/roof garden through multiple floors.


No longer satisfied by substandard experiences, modern millennial consumers across the globe crave something more – a demographic acutely aware of their health and wellbeing creates a gap in the market for a new kind of leisure destination.
Our approach perfectly blends both casual and premium dining experiences with residential and well-being offers set across 9 interconnected floors. 
Having completed masterplanning, brand and interior design phases, drawings were produced and delivered to the build team to move forward to completion.
