Loch Fyne Restaurants heritage lay in their use of fish and shellfish caught from their own seawater Loch on the West Coast of Scotland. Originating in a single fisherman’s shack on the water’s edge, they expanded into a multi-venue chain throughout the British Isles. Our task was to develop a strategy to engage customers with this narrative and ensure continued growth.
